Happy Fourth of July!  Wishing you all summer fun with friends and family as we celebrate America’s birthday.  In the process of designing this week’s manicure, I discovered a new favorite shade of blue.

The color is Cobalt by RGB Cosmetics.  The manicure and nail art are by Olive & June.
